I contacted live support they said you have to email support and request the bonus. Takes up to 48 hours to be credited.

so this casino is just an umbrella for play united?...under a diff name?..if that is right ...Play United does that a lot...they have several different casinos under different names but when u go to dl it..it comes up Play United....trickery..
