It's because the next winner has not yet been picked.. The game resets itself after 12 hours and picks a new winner..
WTG Wiltonjr who has now won this at least 3 times - 1000 CC-points or more every time!
It pays to play twice a day 
The prize will be reset to 250 CC-points and goes up 50 CC-points every 12 hours along with a new random member being selected

Wow I see all of your points, can't wait til I get that many, LOL. Ok miss newbie here was wondering how do I know when the next drawing is? I read where you click on treasure chest to see if your a winner. I didn't see a treasure chest. Where is it located? Sorry for my ignorance, LOL.

Well a new winner is picked every 12 hours.. and the pot climbs every time it's not claimed so if you don't win, come back later in the day and the next and the next and you never know
We've had lots of lucky winners being surprised by a big CC-points bonus from the lucky treasure

Hi there,
Well I can assure you it's totally random.. We've had lots of other winners other than wiltonjr. I suspect that he plays often.. like you should
A new random member is selected every 12 hours out of all members who last visited the forum within the past 2 weeks. There is no weighting to how often visited, it is purely random.
However, if you play every 12 hours without fail you obviously have more chance of hitting the prize than those who don't (you have been picked before Sodax but you didn't claim).
If members would like, once a prize has been won, or when it changes, I could have the program email you to say you just missed the prize! Obviously I'm not going to have it email you to tell you that you have been selected (although due to it being random, it could well pick you again - it's possibly, but odds vary depending on recent visitors).
Let me know if you'd like this feature.. and I can put that in if you really want to know when you've missed out!
