The 'new rules' about 7 days whilst I'm sure wasn't favored in the start by everyone seems to have actually made things better. It is, I guess a question of 'quality+quantity over just quantity' as they say and well you see we have a lot more unique clicks this month! 
Targets will be revised again this month along with some suggestions of particular other banners (other than for that just specifically promoting CC) that will help you bring your LUU points up now and in the future
