Now that was the most honest customer service i have ever received. Now i know this place takes a lot of flack for there not wanting to pay out and all, but i actuall had a customer service agent (Caroline) tell me not to deposit there. She actually agreed with the fact that they rip people off. Now if nothing else at least thats honesty.

Wow, that is amazing! I don't think I have ever heard a customer service rep saying that about a casino they are employed by. Hope they don't find out, with the rep they have, they would probably fire her. Maybe you shouldn't of posted her name, LOL

well i suppose i should not have put here name in there LOL. But for the one with the worst rep to actually have someone agree with ya on that, thats kind of funny. If i could edit it i would so if admin would do that , it would be appreciated.(i will think ahead in the future LOL, sorry)
