Fav Uncle/auntie Contest

Hi,

Well I would have to say my fav is my Uncle John. He is my fathers

younger brother and we are only 13 yrs apart in age.....He use to take

me when I was quite young on dates with him and spoil me rotten with

candy, money, trips to the beach and back then before Canadas

Wonderland opened there use to be this great amusement park called

Crystal Beach we were regulars there....Awww the memories Hey Doc

maybe you remember Crystal Beach just outside of St Catherines...

Ahhhhhhhhh this is an easy one. Aunt Kay is the answer. She was the glue that held our our family together. She hosted all the holiday get togethers, was the life of the party, and was loved by us all. Young at heart, full of life, and the most giving and loving person I have ever met.

My favprite aunt has to be my Aunt Carol. Her children are the same age as my sisters. We would sleep at her house and her children at mine. She has been there for me for 15 years now when my mom passed away suddenly. Mackieo

My favourite Aunt is my Aunty Jan, one of the cool things when I was younger was that we didn't have to say "aunty" we were allowed to just call her "Jan"....I used to think that was pretty cool....LOL

Plus she used to spoil us rotten, and now that I'm old..er she's fun to have a drink with too!

mu fav aunt was liz she was only 12 years older than me and when my mother took ill she looked after me i remember her taking me to the park and playing all sorts of games with me she passed away 13 years ago aged 31 of cancer but still is my fav aunt and will never forget all she done for me

My fav is my Aunty Jeannie. She was like a mother to me. I miss her very much, she lives in Mass and I am in Florida. Thank Goodness for the computer it helps us to stay in touch.

I'd have to go back to the 50's when I was a kid around 10. I spent one summer with my Aunt Diane, her hubby and 2 kids. They lived on a small farm outside Houston. We played games. did crafts, dressed up in funny costumes we made and generally were crazy most the time. There was never a dull moment except now and then my Aunt Diane would laugh until she cried and went a little too crazy. Her and my Uncle (My Mom's brother) divorced soon after that and we lost touch. I now suspect she was bi-polar or manic depressive or something like that, but at the age 10, I thought she was the coolest person I knew.

Oh.. My great uncle klaus is a great man. He have been there for me all my life. He makes a visit to me allmost every week, and we have the funnies talks.

And he was the man that got me the first job at a boat. He is friend to a captain, and he went good for me. I been at that fishingboat for over 5 years now, and can't see me work at the land again!

my favorite aunt is my aunt mable as a child we would go to her farm and there was always goodies put out for us to eat and all the farm animals to bug LOL

hi that would be my aunt pearl and uncle pete, there gone now but they used to get together with my mon and dad yeas ago they would have polker parties and uncle pete would always give me quaters to go next door and buy chips or what i wanted . my dear cousins and i would sit on the steps, and just talk i dearly love them alll .ty josie46

I have two favs...My Aunts Kay and Evyonne! their my Vegas buddies and are a blast to be around. I usually travel with them, my wife, mother and two sisters and we tear up the town once or twice a year.

Oh this is so tough, I have so many favorite Aunts and Uncles. I guess I do have an extra special place in my heart for my uncle named Tab. He is only 6 years older than I am. Back in high school I suppose I was the only 16 yr old that could not date yet. Tab would pick me up and take me "uptown" where I would meet my date. After my date he would then meet me back "uptown" and take me home. LOL yes we did get caught, I was grounded for 2 weeks and my uncle got an earful from my Mother.

My uncle was also the person to teach me how to drive. Bless his heart I know I wasn't very good at it at first. He would swing by the high school and pick me up, so I could pratice driving. Needless to say, he is now married to one of my best high school girlfriends.

my uncle Tommy was my favorite when i was a young boy.He used to always take me and my sister for walks and buy us candy and bubbles.thnaks for the contest Dr.C
