Redeemed chip this am and contacted support regarding wagering requirments and the dufus said " that chip is for depositers with a history of 4+ deposits... ", as per the promotions page on websire." (whatever!!!! wasn't anything on promotions page about the free chip or the fact that you had to have 4 previous deposits..)..the ^**&^*&^& then proceeded to zero my balance

sorry guys didn't realize this before i posted.
Oh well crushmiester saw the light and took away the actual casino name!!

the same thing happened to me. they even sent me an email message stating that the chip was redeemed, then that little weezil from live chat made it disappear

Well they have it on their website and inside their software the coupon code but it is expired because it had to be used within 5 days of the date (dec 1) apparently.. also you have to have used four of the deposit codes on their website first is my understanding but I could be wrong LOL
