Hi Crushers, I am very sorry but I have not heard a word back yet. I do know that both casinos have now changed their set ups and no longer have the bonus accounts. You now only have 1 account that you have to worry about and that could possibly be why you haven't been credited yet.
I am only venturing a guess kids, I sincerely wish that I had more news. But ..... I won't give up I promise you! I should be in contact with Geno tomorrow and if anybody can get things moving its definitely Geno.
I appreciate your patience and I will let you know when I hear anything. Again I apologize and hopefully you'll be credited real soon!
