This argument has been raging since the TP roll was invented, which allegedly occurred in 2 A.D. on an apple farm near the Nile River. I, personally, wipe like an Egyptian and my TP hangs UNDER in honor of this great culture.
I Pray to the porcelain god that this is correct.

Well going against the grain here apparantly I have it UNDER. It is too easy for the kids to pull off tons of toilet paper when it is over.

Hello
Ok I will definitely say up and over. I worked as an assistant
superviser at one of Utahs finest... hehehehe.... hotels. When the
District supervisers came in for inspection of the rooms,etc.,
I would get points knocked off my score if any of my crew put
the tissue on the roll down. I mean you can't make the end of
the tissue come to a point.... as if it mattered? 
Anyways I am just elated when I know theres tissue in the bathroom
I'm using. So I'll take it both ways!

My rule here is "UP AND OVER...It does not go UNDER until it is used!" And they all best remember it too LOL And yes, I have been known to change it in someone else's home.

reason: it makes the room look bigger.LOL.although I think its more hygienic to do it over, bacause then "nothing" can stick to the wall!
I am very glad to know that I am not the only one doing these crazy things.
