just cause i had a hard time finding them, i figured i would post what i could find for others that may not be able to find them too. The playthrough for the bonus is 20x. Games excluded are Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, and Sic Bo (this is from there site so Blackjack and Video Poker count and talked to support and they said yes). Max cashout on the bonus is $100.
