Since CC's Birthday and Christmas are in the same month, I would try to do a fusion theme.
There would be a huge tree with a CC tree topper, decorated with Happy Birthday Garland, the round ornaments would have the names of CC members on them, and Casino/Bingo/Poker site names marked on prezzie ornaments. Then, special Santa & Elves ornaments to represent Geno & his fabulous staff placed front & center.
We would have an enormous buffet table and an even larger Bar table on opposite sides of the room. Attached to the cieling would be a net full of balloons. Inside each balloon would be various prize vouchers. The rest of the room would be decorated with both Christmas & Birthday decorations.
