Dr. Seuss books and many of the Golden Books, some Mark Twian and Swiss Family Robinson. My boys loved to be read to when they were little and we went to the library a lot

Didn't read a lot to my daughter...I used to sing to her...she could sing Daddys Girl at 3 years old...word for word!

well I don't have any kids and can't really remember being read to bc my mom was always working at 2 or 3 jobs bc she was a young single mom and determined to make ends meet w/o going on any welfare
I had a lil' plastic record player and books like the rescuers, fox and hound, & lady & the tramp that came w/ the lil' flimsy page like 45 records that play the book being read along w/ lil' sound fx I thought they were great! The 1st book I ever read was called go dog go about a doggy race-car driver.

I can't remember any particular books, my daughter loved shopping even at a very young age and seemed to like buying books as much as having me read them to her, so she had hundreds of them.

well if i was read any stories as a kid i sure as hell dont remember them LOL, but guessing my family id say i wasn't read anything, as for reading stories to my own kids it would just have been a selection of nursery rhymes or childrens books, either that or id just make the stories up(LOL ive quite a good imagination but in hindsight maybe thats why kids never slept LOL, probably too scared)
