Why couldn't I hit this while not playing in a slots tournament?

wtg nice hit i know your feeling hit 5 scatters on thunderstruck in a freeroll few months back in bonus round as well came in 1st but was only 1 of thos $15 first price havent even got 4 scatters in that game since
