.........i hit for 1400.00 at virtual and they would not let me cash out. i feel like if they offer a free chip and you hit on that chip they should pay...what do yall think about this?

i feel its wrong but it happens, that is why i chose not to play certain RTG's and other types
becuase they have no problem taking your money but when they lose it to u its a hassle to get it, thats if u get it at all
