Just took another look on the website. Although it is still listed, the promotion ended at 23:59, August 2nd. It does state in the terms & conditions that it was by e-mail invite only. According to live chat, all promotions, including by invite only, are listed on the website's promotions page. You need to look at the terms & conditions to see if you are eligible.
