when did you mail them as alljackpots is prolly one of the best casinos around but when it comes to replying to emails it might take up to 40 hours to get an answer ide say go to live chat to get your answers

I e-mailed them monday..and every time I try to access live chat..through the casino I can't get it to pop up...so I am really confused.. an I tried checking all my accounts.. royal joker all slots and all jackpots.. which all bring me to all slots usa.. with my royal joker ID as a sign in account number????

uuuuggg.. just my luck.. even though I deposited at all three recently.. I am just kinda upset.. can you tell me why only my royal joker loyalty points got credited to my account? cause I had over 700 at allslots and over 500 at all jackpots? I guess that's really a question for the casino.. just though I would ask if anyone know how that was going to work..

Hun remember the Casinos are bogged down...I would wait a few days and then try live support at each casino and ask what happened to your loyalty pts and if they're transferable..
