Live Chat told me (CRUSHTOURNEY) code for Win Palace can only be redeemed two times. So I am confused as to if I need to enter that code to be in trny??

you need to sign up via the VIP area and then once approved click on the tab that says enable tournaments. Once that is approved you have to enter the code at the casino

You WILL be eligible for the tourney, as maw says BUT ONLY IF you register your account in the VIP area.
Once approved, you just need to enable it for tourneys via the My VIP Accounts option.
You don't need to redeem the CRUSHTOURNEY coupon in order to be eligible for the tourney.
BTW - I have sent our contact an email asking if the CRUSHTOURNEY coupon can be redeemed once per month in future (waiting to hear back).
