I was able to download, but got no registration page. Should I uninstall and reinstall tomorrow, or just wait? Please advise.

I got all the way to filling out Registration page but it just sat there for 10 minutes saying "Connecting to server to create account, please be patient"
never connected I guess. I just closed it and will try to register later.
