i receive and email that said that i have 5 buck in my account but nothing ... the live help say it is and error ... welll i just dont like to have good news and then bad news ...

This afternoon I got emails for $ 5.00 from Casino Share, Grand Mondial, and Players Palace but nothing in any of them. I sent them all emails but so far no response or money in accounts.

I got an email from Grand Mondial and there was no $5 in my account (second time this has happened), so i went to live help and this time (unlike last time) they honoured the email, and credited me - then I was told I had a playthru of 30x....anyway, I wagered hundreds and went to cashout, but it said I hadnt met requirements, so I went back to live help who told me that I still had over $2000 to make in playthru cos I was playing for a $295 bonus. When I said that it was only a $5 bonus, she said that I had to make playthru for every bonus I had ever received since opening my account years back...needless to say I didn't make playthru, but it has certainly put me off depositing there again (if taking a bonus)

i also got the email when i went in there was nothing there but it did appear when i went to a slot machine so try going into a game...
