Sorry that this is an unexpected 'hitch' (hopefully just for now whilst they're busy with the overwhelming claims of No Deposit bonuses), but having tried to contact them re. player VIP claims and other issues, we have not heard back as yet. They have been sent a reminder and warned that if we do not receive any response within 24 hours, they will be removed from our large list of recommended casinos.

This is in the interests of members for whom we aim to ensure that EVERY place we list is contactable both by players and also (should we need to provide additional support or have any queries) for affiliates.
