how do you get the bonus

Is 20free a bonus code?

I asked Live Help about it, and CS-Nicky said they do have a $20 no deposit bonus for new players, but you can only use it in bingo, not casino or sportsbook.
And 25x "rollover" required (playthru).

Oh, and this was interesting... when I closed the Live Help chat window, another window popped up and this is what it said:

Well, here it is Monday, and it's still not been credited to my account.
So I went back to live help and they told me that I'm supposed to EMAIL in my request to cm@bookmaker.com.
They never told me this in the first place, but I did it anyway, and am now waiting still.
They need to get their act together.
