Hi! I redeemed my points a couple days ago, it hasn't been 48 hours yet so I am not chasing, just wondering if anyone else is having it take a while??? Usually I get it much quicker...but I am wondering if its the weekend or something? Also, does anyone know how the new bonus system there works? I can't figure out what the bonus is based on....

This is what Everygame does to players who deposit 600 to claim 100 and win and cashout then claim there 100 bonus from casino crush.

They make some bull**** excuse about insufficent funds for a withdrawal which is not even possible to do unless you reverse a withdrawal and considering i did not and they have no records off that.

They cancell your withdrawls put your biggest withdrawal back in your casino account which was my first withdrawal stick anouther 20 on the 100 bonus to make it look better then tell you, you can't cashout to you wager 3600



Ok check this email out. How could i have insufficient funds for a withdrawal. How is it even possible to cash out and not have the finds for it.

And not only that they returned my bigger withdrawal to my casino account. Not that it matters because this email clearly states that i can't cashout to i have made 3600 inwagering.

How can i put in for withdrawls and not have the cash to do it. this stinks there wrong and its given me a head ache this morning i can't even be botherd to sort it out i have sent them anouther email but its a complete joke on there part.

I don't think there are very many of us gamblers that haven't had the same problem. You hit the nail on the head when you said the word greedy. I am far from being a greedy person except when it comes to gambling. LOL I want to win just a little bit more before I cash out ... and if I do manage to make it to the cashiering section and make my withdrawal ... unless my account is flushed that damnnnn reverse button ALWAYS gets me. LOL

Fortunately for these redeems, it does give us more play time and possibly some greedy time to hate ourselves for later. LOL
