i got an email from support today, and have been dealing with them for months. they do usually get back to you, sometimes quicker than others. there online support is usually there sunday through thursday from about 5pm to 10 PM

Thanks for sharing! Doesn't say much about what the codes were for but at least we learned something. I did speak with live chat and Diana said that accounting would get back to me today. I hope that is true.

Hi, I finally spoke to live chat last nite . Yahoo! I was told the codes were old and the casinocrush code was for new players only. I didn't get a free chip but Diana was very nice.
