HI FELLOW CRUSHERS; I HAVE BEEN PLAYING AT COOL CAT CASINO FOR AWHILE NOW AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM until NOW. FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME. I HAVE BEEN ON LIVE CHAT WITH THEM AND I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WHERE I CAN GO TO MAKE A COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM OR WHAT I CAN DO TO GET MY MONEY FROM THEM. I KNOW THERE ARE a lot OF PEOPLE ON HERE THAT DO NOT LIKE COOL CAT AND NOW I KNOW WHY. SO IF YOU COULD HELP ME OUT I WOULD REALLY BE GRATEFULL. THANK YOU

I know how you feel. I withdrew $50 on July 12. It was finally approved yesterday. But it still is not in my eco card account. I went to live chat this morning and asked when it will be in my account they said any time now. 3 hours later i asked again and they said up to 3 business days. this is crazy. I have never waited so long for a withdrawal ever.

WELL I HAVE TO SAY I FINALLY GOT IT APPROVED, NOW LETS SEE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET THE MONEY. I HAD TO DO a lot OF FIGHTING WITH THEM AND PHONING THEM, AND ALWAYS BUGGING THEM ON LIVE CHAT. MAYBE THEY JUST GOT SICK OF ME AND APPROVED IT. WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I GET THE MONEY.

It will take 3 business days thats what they told me. We will see on Monday if I get it will let you know.

I just checked with live chat again. Now i am told it can take up to ONE WEEK ONCE APPROVED. THIS IS CRAZY. I keep getting different stories from different people. i starting to think i will never get it.

Hi donna again this was my 1st withdrawal from them and it takes 7 business days to be approved and 10 business days later you get paid on your 1st withdrawal, my withdrawal was for $2.5 k which i put in for on the 7th and on the 20th i sent an email saying that i had not been paid yet and like with in the hour they sent me $500 which was strange and also strange that they didn't send me the whole payment and a little worrying because casinos normaly send it all in 1 payment i sent the email because i didn't know the 17 day rule at the time i have spent many chat sessions with them and its allways soon or by friday you know the runaround im sure anyway i spoke to them today and they said ill have it by this friday today is day 24 i got it a bit wrong with my other post so minus 8 weekend days makes it 16 days which with the weekends is still huge but not so bad now i have done the maths etc and they did pay me some already can i ask if its your 1st withdrawal or for a big amount and also i got told on live chat today that i only got sent the $500 and not the whole amount was because america is watching which was strange but maybe they have u.s owners or something anyway when friday comes ill post again if i already have not been paid but its allways friday on the run around because accounts dont work on the weekend then when monday comes they say soon or by the end off the week which is friday again and you know the rest. o well as long as i get my ps rhonda did you find out the hard way or are you just preaching to the damned

Superdude congrats on your big win. Mine was only $50 and i can't get it. LOL I just spoke to live chat again and now they say by the end of the week. This is crazy. talk about a runaround. First it was 2 to 3 days then it was after the weekend. Now its tuesday and it changed again. I emailed chris the manager. He used to be very helpful when he just was running vip now i am not so sure. starting to think i will never get this. will keep you posted.
