Did not get it !And its the only RTG casino I deposit few times a month the last 2 years!! 
The chatpersons are great hear at VL, they are not to blame, but as I understood Management does not think I deposite enough!!

I was denied this coupon also. Support told me it was because my account is less than 6 months old, I lack 10 days of that. Unfortunately the coupon expires before that 6 month anniversary date.
