I am surprised you can use it to gamble. As of last year I am not allowed to use Paypal for that. Their policy is not for USA players to use it to gamble with just like Neteller.
Did they change this?

i CAN'T VERIFY FOR SURE CAUSE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PLAYERS FROM THE U.S.A.I READ IT THAT THEY DO.

I don't think I can withdraw through it though.

I use paypal to fund netspend,didn't know that about quicktender ty again.

You can also use paypal to fund a prepaid CC. The one i have is a Vision Visa card that I bought at Radio shack
