I am surprised you can use it to gamble. As of last year I am not allowed to use Paypal for that. Their policy is not for USA players to use it to gamble with just like Neteller.

Did they change this?

I can use my Paypal Mastercard to deposit at Royal Joker! I don't think I can withdraw through it though.

You can also use paypal to fund a prepaid CC. The one i have is a Vision Visa card that I bought at Radio shack
