Hi koz, I've had no problems using VISA gift cards anywhere. You do have to register the card with the casino in most cases first and hang on to the card, or make a copy of it, so that if/when you cash out you can send them a copy of it showing that it is a gift card, I've had to do this a few times.
Some of the casinos I've used them at are Everygame, iNetBet, LuckyNugget, VegasCountry, to name a few. Hope this helps.
