Grand Hotel is alway generous with a bonus, unlike the least generous casino ever, Casino Grand Bay. Casino Grand Bay is so tight they squeak when they walk. (

However, I too, found $20.00 in my Grand Hotel account, emailed and thanked them and they responded back with a big thank you.
