Finally heard from support, they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling, did it and it worked.

I had the same problem, played for 30 min, had 197.00 left.
I logged back in a few hours later and I have $0 and it won't let me continue I get a token error.......Still waiting to hear from suppo ... |
