You might check your account history and make sure you haven't used the code before.....its a old code that I had used before.
I have cashed out twice at Cirrus Casino....took a few weeks to get it but they did pay.
don't talk to chat........go to the cashier and redeem code NEWMGRMARK
The survey is supposedly only for depositors that are no longer playing at the casino. They are wanting to know why.
If you would have read all of Rhonda's post you would have realize that the very last line says " No US Players".
