Hi,
I would have to say Angel Heart...It came out about 20 yrs ago....It
starred Robert DeNiro and Mickey Rourke....Although it doesn't bother
me now but at the time I couldnt sleep without the light on 
Another
one (can't remember the name) it was about a demon spirit who would
attack and rape this woman and it was based on a true story....
