ooooooh one other thing Josie ~~ I need to add this casino to the list of RTG casino's that do not require fax back forms. Slots of Vegas & Prism Casino do not require any fax back forms ~~ they just require a government issued id for security purposes ~~ nothing else like utility bill, etc.
