ty i found that the casino does not show bal as your playing, i found that a little strange, then i gor an error report after winnning a hand. then i had to shut down windows, to get out of casino, so i hope it doesn't mess puter up ty josie46

josie I have been playing there for a while and have not had any problems. This bingo does show your balance up on the bar that goes across the top. I found this bingo site to be quite enjoyable and the people are great too. I would honestly say maybe you should try to redownload or reinstall because they have revamped their systems so that may be the problem. But let me know and I can talk to a chat host about what you might be able to do.

Yes I know all about that. You also cannot exchange your points until you have deposited and you can exchange up to the amount of your deposit.

ex. $20 deposit you can convert 20,000 points. every 1000 points = $1

But I love this place there is sooooo much to do. You can choose from 8 different bingo rooms and play in as many of them as you want at the same time. You collect points for every card bought and get lots of points if you have chat open while playing. They also have nickel and penny pull tabs and video poker. and dime keno. So with the exception of slots they have something for everybody.

i didn't know you can't cashout any winnings fro the bonus money that really sucks,you just might as well play the site for free. what the use giving free money if you can't even cash out some of it,i'm up to $300 dollors and 10,000 points

This always bothers me ...these sites saying free money for new players only but the money and any winnings from it can never be withdrawn no matter what.. Therefore it isn't free money but a fun account ( meaning you are playing for fun)..
I wish they would clarify this instead of lying and saying free money..
It is a scam to suck you in and hope you deposit.

I have played at Bingogold many times before. I love the fact that their games are 3-part series...so u feel you are getting your money's worth on each set of cards. The CMs are great, the folks are so nice in chat, and the CMMaster is very personable and gives personal service especially if one is having tech problems.

I like the fact that you can play for free and win bonus points; that way if I have a few bucks and bonus points in reserve, I don't mind depositing and claiming the bonus points. I also love the video poker.

do you have windows98? I know that I when the new site went up last year, there are problems with windows98.(I know this because I have 98 and CMmaster talked to me on the phone about it)

He was even willing to add money to my account if I upgraded to 2000! I didn't do it because I'm not really great at computerese and I didn't want to totally ruin pc just over a bingo site. lol
