Listen up USA Crushers... I have made deposits this past week at both 3Dice Casino and Club USA Casino using my EcoCard account so it appears that some casinos are still accepting it. Haven't been lucky enough to win so not sure if you can cash out to Eco or not. If I should happen to win I'll let you know.

If you mean Click2Pay then I wouldn't click on it because I suspect it's a scam email.
