Policy on Free chips
Unless otherwise stated along with the bonus offer, all free chips are required to be played through 40 times (40X playthrough) before withdrawal requests can be made.
You may open only one account per: household, computer or person. No winnings shall be paid if we detect multiple accounts.
Comp points cannot be redeemed from free chips.
Maximum payout on a free chip is five times the amount of the chip after meeting playthrough requirements. Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal. Any real money deposits and bonuses on those real money deposits will of course remain unaffected.
Any winnings made off of free chips will only be sent via Neteller.
We will need a valid picture ID for age verification and a signed faxback form before paying out winnings.
