Also, SisterSherri, I'm sorry -- I was not very clear about the bonus account. I was not sure if Riverbelle sets up their account in this way. Some casinos use a different number, some use the letter "L" for loyalty and some simply replace the "r" with a "b" and it could be in front or behind the account number. It varies from site to site. Although most casinos advise you of this, there are some that don't. I found out the hard way of course after many frustrations and headaches. So I just wanted to give you and others a heads up. If you don't get it by tomorrow then I would definitely call them and they should credit you right away. If they tell you they are going to credit your account right away ask them whether it will show up on your real account.

I also got an email saying that my account was credired on Sept. 21, 2005 but as you said it was not and still says 0 credits. I emailed them back, but they still keep saying that it was credited. I never saw the 25.00 credits and still do not.

Just a thought on this, did you take advantage of the great $25 bonus for the multiplayer casino? I am woundering if maybe you claimed the multiplayer one and that is why they are saying you have already been credited. They may not be the one in the same, but then again they might be seeing as you use same account for both. Don't know, just thought it might help out some.
