Hey Crushers! My last post was me being gullible. They have no intension of giving anything to me. They now claim to be adding fraud protecion to their system (supposed to be there anyway-according to advertising). So it will take 30 days to get to my bank account. So I asked the man if they were going to exist in two weeks without merchants. He advised 'we have merchants'~didn't answer the question. So I asked him to list them....'we can't do that.' My first reaction was right. I feel like a sucker, but a whole lot wiser!

I too am having problems. I made an initial deposit of $110. The draft was declined. MLW charged me an $80 chargeback. I used their echat to try to resolve the issue, and eventually had to call my bank. According to my bank they tried to draft the amt, but it was declined because they (MLW ala Diamond International) added "leading zeros" to my account number. I looked at my MLW account and saw I was given another chargeback (now $160). exhausted by MLW's echat, I eventually received a call from "Ed" at MLW who stated they would resubmit the draft with the new info, and rectify the chargebacks.

Yesterday I attempted to log in to find my MLW account was frozen. Echat was able to reinstate it, stating that they had a record of me asking to close it (which I never did). The chargebacks were removed, I'm glad to say.

The whole experience has had me loose sleep and really frustrated me. Their system seems shady to me as they lack a direct Customer Service phone number and inconsistent reporting. With the data problems they are having with me and others, it seems like a biz run by some high school programmers in their mom's basement. The draft problems have left me banned (until things are fixed at MLW) from the poker site I used it on. I have a positive balance, and cannot play there now. Hopefully the redraft will clear things up. Sorry for the rant... Just wanted to make people aware.

I sure with our Government would pull their heads out and just admit the only concern they have with online gambling is not getting their "taxes" from it. I have no problem with paying the taxes just let ME be the one to choose if I want to gambling online or not!!! gggggrrrrrrrrrrr

OK stepping off the soap box, sorry about that, but it is soooo frustrating!!!

I sure hope it stops soon!!!

Josie I know how it works in Canada but not sure about the States..

With echeck in Canada they take the funds right out of your bank acct..sometimes it can be instant or you may have to wait a few business days..it all depends on your status with echeck and your bank..
