Whats the deal here? I claimed the 10 first and after it was gone I went to claim the 20 and it wasn't there anymore. What did I do wrong?

These promos at Tropica are time limited, so it probably expired.
When I claimed my first one a few weeks or so ago, I didn't want to play it right away and saved it for later. When I came back later the bonus had vanished from my account which was strange as I actually claimed it and had it on my balance. So in future if I left it for later I spun a penny first so it was active and I could keep it.
Also I noticed if you had a active balance you couldn't receive another £20 daily, so you had to play it out before the next one hit the cashier.
