So I emailed them asking about my withdrawal about 7 times, even asking about reducing the withdrawal to the $10...but have never heard anything back. The money was never returned to my account, and they never replied anything I sent....so I don't really have too much faith in them.

At the very least they could have emailed me to explain that the withdrawal was unsuccessful, or answered a question or two!!!
