Regarding Free Chips:

Any time a bonus is awarded to a player, and he or she does not deposit any funds he gets a "free chip". The maximum amount a player can withdraw for a free chip is exactly 2X the amount of the bonus.
Additionally, free chips are not withdrawable by money order or check. Players can only withdraw winnings from their free chips via one of the E-wallets offered at AC Casino.

Example: Should a player receive a free chip amounting to $55, the highest amount one may withdraw is 2X that amount. Should any additional funds in your account exceed the maximum cashout of $110, they will be removed (zeroed out) the moment you withdraw.

The banners (and clicking on the link) appear to be working fine for me at least..

Perhaps it went out for a little while but it seems to be back now.

I suspect it was too many people trying to claim the No Deposit bonus at once.

I'm not 100% sure yet but will try finding out.

I did go on Live Chat earlier today and it was pretty quick (it was to sort out the earlier banner problem actually) but they did sort that out for me pretty quickly.

I can tell you it's on a seperate server and different affiliate program which often means they're seperate but of course that's not 100% definite.

If I find out - I'll let you know

Actually i pretty certain their owned by the same people, in did a search for their detail on their about us page and it came up with Operia Corp Limited. DALTON HOUSE who own both casinos.

Hi,

I made the playthrough and requested a 90.00 withdrawal...BUT I can only withdraw 35.00 as the 55.00 free is considered sticky and is
non withdrawable..

Just thought I'd let you Crushers know..
