I got a message that my account would be credited in few minutes but I never received the offer in regular mail...that's why I didn't get the credits...only those that receive the offer are eligible...

im with you sisters been a week now and no response i understand delays and either way the crediting goes im not phased but a week to reply to an email is not acceptable imho
