tx DB, for wanting to help me, but as I now have only 170 points in total,its to little to make trouble about,and I also dont know how to make screenshots

i have 0 loyalty points and it said i can't redeem 1000 loyalty points because there's 0 points active. please help me.

Hi applesnappz, I'm not sure that I understand the problem you are having. If you have 0 loyalty points you wouldn't be able to redeem any because you have none. You should of been credited 1000 loyalty points if you downloaded the companion. If this is the case and you didn't receive your 1000 loyalty points I would contact customer service and they'll be able to help you.

If i downloaded companion and got 1000 points, will i get another if i sign up at one of the casinos, that i never played at yet or registered with? ty for any info on this deal....

Hi hun, I'm pretty sure that downloading the companion is a one time shot of 1000 loyalty points. When you do join the other casinos, they'll be added in with your others and I've not received any extra loyalty points when I did it. I could be wrong and it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
