havent received bonus, havent even received an e-mail

This has been posted on at least a 1/2 dozen boards they are probably back logged. Also it is for new players ONLY. By new meaning never deposited, never claimed this particular bonus, or have just signed up.

Or maybe you received the email for it. It is not for everyone, and everyone is trying it. If you do not meet new player type specifications please do not try it. They may be getting a bit overloaded from all the emails that do not qualify.

It is for players who have never claimed a n/d bonus when they signed up
