well I downloaded throught the banner here and guess what on that $100 free for 30 minutes the max transfer is 10X the bonus so you can take it to $1000 and have that transferred. I didn't make it through with enough left for any transfer but good luck to everyone else who tries it. Jaques pot slot was doing pretty good though so start there.

looks like its related to vegas regal and spintime if you look at the promos even the 100% signup bonus has a max withdrawal of 10x the bonus 
, is sure hope thats not the case as i think vegas regal among others are really not up to standard now im waiting up to 1 week for a withdrawal from them now ? but im sure i give this one a try like i do with others
