Hi Charla, they still haven't got that fixed for you? I'd be emailing them daily! Do you think that they would close your account and allow you to open a new one?

I have emailed them numerous times and no help and I have asked them to close it and reopen and they say that probably wont help.

Hi zonn61, I would ask any casino that you have made a deposit with. They all can give out the invitations I think.

Dear all,
Those that have applied up to 26th November since last time - I have sent the latest ones off today (so if you filled in our form in the last week or so - your invite should be on its way within the next 7 days).
FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM / OR HAVE BEEN REJECTED:
For those that have not received them - apparently those that have been rejected are rejected by QUICKTENDER (NOT BY THE CASINOS).
Unfortunately, we have not been able to get any details on the criteria for acceptance and I wouldn't even like to attempt to guess on what they are.
All I can do is suggest looking into the other alternative methods available (which I know are reduced for many USA residents), or finding those that do manage to accept cards you already have.
