All Access Visa Cards Blocked For Online Gaming

The word on several poker forums is the as of 7/26, the bank that handled All Access Visa Cards was sold (was part of Netspend) and that the new owners are now blocking gaming transactions.

I saw this information on both PocketFives.com and 2+2 forums.

OMG!! THIS MUST BE TRUE!! Every other Friday, hubby buys me either $25 or $50 netspend all access gift card, and I go and have my fun at the online casinos, well, I have been sitting here for the last 2 hours trying to get this dang gift card to take at ANY casino or poker site, and all I keep getting is declined!! HOW DARE THEY!! This totally sucks!!

Now what?! can I use this anywhere, at any casino, poker or bingo site?? I was trying to remember who had the call in option that you could call the casino and they could put the card in manually and make it go through? Think that would work?!

How come congress has to butt into my life and tell me what I can/cannot do with my $$, but, oh nooo they have to stick that stupid gambling act thing at the end of that port security measure so it passes!

i use the netspend card thats issued w/metabank,-i got it at ace cash express, its the same kind of card but different issuing banks-i have the all access also, (it no longer works) but my netspend visa (metabank,ace cash express) still works every where so far. ive deposited all day long at several micro. casinos like i have always done. when you go to get another gift card, look on the back and make sure you get the one thats issued from metabank

Really?! great thanks Gina, I do have the ones issued from metabank, I was wondering, is there a way for me to transfer the $25 from the gift card to my netspend? I thought there used to be a way for me to do it online, but it said that I had to go to the store and buy some reload pack thingie, any ideas?

ive done transfers online and also you can call support (186netspend) i think thats the# i would call and ask them to transfer it for you... i hope they dont end up blocking "metabank" too, let me know if you have any luck, i always purchased the "meta bank" issued cards at a place called-ace cash advance, it would be cheaper on ya if you can find one of those aroung ya and pick one up, when you put money on your card at the ace store you can reload any amount it doesn't have to be even, like you can put say 62.50 instead of the reloads you get at a convience store, they're are $20,$50,100 etc i like that a lot
