I received an email from Fortune Lounge. It said that they haven't seen me in awhile, and to go check out the Player Rewards. I have not done so yet, but I am going to once I find my login info again. I have heard that they have been giving $5 appreciation gifts...we'll see. Let me know what you find....Good Luck

I thought they had sent me one of those "We have missed you at the Casino" emails with a little gift, WRONG! It was to inform me that if I didn't use my points in 19 days they were going to expire--it hasn't even been two months since I earned them! So did you log into the casino, and find the credits there? because I went to the players lounge and looked at my Fortune Lounge portfolio and none of my acct.s showed anything. Please let me know, because I am not going to ever install any Fortune Lounge Casino on my computer ever again, if there ain't something waiting for me somewhere ....trust me I have deposited quite a bit of money in the past with them...it almost seems like a slap in the face. I too play at the fortune lounge casinos so that I can collect loyalty points. I also weekly claim $20 to 3 of them through gambling.com.

I did not receive an email and logged into my Platinum Play after getting my weekly $20 comp via gambling.com and found $65 there! I would have appreciated an email. So I have added the player's club to my favorites and check daily just to make sure.

You can also look at your statement and it will tell you what your status is and if you have any points that are due to expire and when they will expire. I keep track of this.

hi all i just took mine out because i went broke , however i was trying to find out how many loyality poinnts i have and can't find it. is it all connected with one casino or seperate? ty josie46
