But in September I was unable financially to play online, so I saw the post here about the url for the monthly mailer. I went to it and claimed, and of course did not receive it. Did you know that once you try to claim it without actually receiving it in your own mailbox at home, they remove your name and address from their mailing system, because to them you are being dishonest.
