Crushers, please tell us ...

What was the best Summer Vacation you've ever had and where/when was it..

RULES

Everyone that makes a post will have their names placed into a random drawing where we will give away 1 x $30 prize.

Hmmmmm.... WOW I don't know!! When I was little we never actually took any vacations even though we went places but they were like daily outing.

All my working life I never took any vacations. I never even had a honeymoon and I was married twice. LOL

I did make one trip in my life. Went from Montana down to California, through the Redwoods, Petrified Forest. QUICK stop over in Vegas.

Otherwise I had a lot in Montana... been to Yellowstone Park and saw Old Faithful... now sadly that is gone Glacier National Park etc.

OHHH I did see the Grand Tetons once in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They were the closest I ever felt the presence of God. UNBELIEVABLE BEAUTY and AWESOME! They are HUGE! Breathtaking and make you feel small as an insect.

any summer where i was still a kid as they seemed to last a lifetime; now they seem too too short

when i was 13 and 14 we went to victoria,vancouver expo in canada 2 years in a row.well the expo was the second year we went.we also use to go to great america a 6 flag theme park.

When I lived in CA we made a day trip to the redwoods (drove through the trees) and then to a great park. I still remember that.

My first trip to Myrtle Beach when I was 22. I had never seen the ocean before that, we had a great trip.

My best summer vacation was when I was in highschool my sister and I would go to Washington state to visit my family on my dad's side. It was great fun and we met lots of people who we became friends with.

in the 1980s when my sisters and i and our familys went to Niagara Falls, I loved it, especially all the wax museums, Ripley's was the best wax museum.

My best vacation was 7 years ago, my boyfriend and i went to vegas and decided to get married while we were there.I say he won the jackpot that day he says i did (LOL)

When I was 15 I spent the summer at my brothers and we spent two weeks at Ocean City, Md. Rented a condo right on the beach and did all sorts of fun stuff, went clamming and surfing, spent a lot of time on the boardwalk.
