I sent a Money Gram deposit to Superslots on Febuary 9th, when I contacted support they stated they could not receive because it was sent from Oregon, I was not pleased that I was not informed of this when I spoke with support to get info to send the MoneyGram, I then contacted MoneyGram to get info on how to retrieve my funds, When they checked on the transfer they said the funds had been received by the Company it was sent to,(Superslots) Who claims they did not and could not receive it. This was not a good bet,lol, and I can't seem to get any answers from the support people other than we didn't receive it. Money Gram doesn't appear to be a safe way to go when dealing with SuperSlots

i believe that casino group does not accept players from the banned us states....always do a little research when depositing, especially when from a banned state... send a pm to the admin here at cc to see if maybe he can help or point you in the right direction to get your refund.

Just when I decide I am pissed off been ripped off... They give me my MONEY,lol. Well I must admit I was wrong and the folks at Superslots did find that they had received my Moneygram transfer, and to my surprize ..credited my account ( Oregon resident,lol) plus a bonus! I played and tripled my cash and withdrew half, of which i am sure i will receive it... wont I?

LOL I am glad you got your money clowner and I am sure you will get your money Just be patient with our overseas friends...I too am in a banned state but there are many places trying to work with us..it just takes them a bit longer.
